There are many online 360s available but we go beyond most.

  • Our 360 uses your competency framework. If you don't have one you can use one of ours, or we can design one specifically for your organisation.
  • Additional rater groups such as external stakeholder groups can be included.
  • We can facilitate the feedback of the results to your staff in an objective manner. Using coaching techniques, we ensure that even the most concerned individuals leave feeling valued and motivated.
  • We can analyse the results of your project by team or other category, and provide a detailed report on the emerging patterns.

For the mentee it is a safe space in which to be guided around procedural obstacles and develop their attitudes, skills and technical abilities. For the mentor it is an opportunity to feel valued, to utilise expertise and skills, and build networks. Organisations that have effective mentoring programmes have greater capacity to resolve problems and issues internally. It is unlikely however that these benefits will be realised if mentees and mentors are not matched appropriately.

Our tool matches motivated and capable mentors with suitable mentees. We work with you to ensure the most relevant matching criteria are included to meet their objectives and achieve the desired benefits. The tool is designed to help potential mentees to simply and efficiently identify and make contact with a number of talented internal mentors, whose skills and experience match most closely their specific development areas. This ensures they can access the right people with the right knowledge for their needs. Mentors are also able to discreetly decline mentees if the fit isn't right.
