Current Associate Opportunities:

We are always looking for bright people who are passionate about what they do to work with us on an associate basis. If you are a qualified business psychologist, or have a specialised interest in business psychology please get in touch.

Facilitators

We are looking for facilitators who have proven experience in delivering development sessions and are able to create an engaging training environment to help groups generate ideas, solve problems and learn new skills. You will need to be an experienced trainer with tricks up your sleeves that will help a group move forward while keeping an eye on the overall objective of the session. Our typical delegates can range from new managers, senior leaders and teams, right up to board level.

Coaches

We are looking for solution-focused coaches to support us with a range of coaching activities. From coaching board executives to new managers, leading coaching clinics and individual coaching development programmes. Our coaching practice is built on a foundation of empathy, asking excellent questions and really listening to our coaching clients. As psychologists we value coaches who also have an active interest in bringing psychological tools into their coaching practice, and are comfortable to use them to benefit the client.

Assessors

We are looking for assessors who are BPS-accredited level 1 and 2 qualified. We most commonly use SHL and Hogan tools and value assessors with additional or alternative assessment qualifications. Our range of selection and assessment activities varies from designing assessment centres and candidate exercises to providing individual psychometric feedback and reports. We are proud of our bespoke approach and supporting clients to make well-informed selection decisions, from middle management up to board level.
