A senior management development programme and a core management skills programme delivered to over 220 delegates across a number of cohorts during a time of major organisational change for this central government body.
We were asked to provide support for the people development strategy during a time of significant change and challenge for the organisation, including a requirement to significantly reduce costs without compromising service levels, internal and external relationships, or quality.
We designed, piloted and rolled out a senior management development programme and a core management skills programme to over 220 delegates across a number of cohorts, with additional learners attending stand-alone workshops. Modules covered a wide range of key leadership and management topics, including emotional intelligence, communication, influencing, managing performance, team & individual dynamics, resilience, change, and self-awareness.
We also provided additional development interventions including VLE support, individual coaching, assessment & development for their internal coaches, a 360 developmental assessment with personalised coaching-style feedback for over 40 senior leaders, and a roll-out of bespoke Performance Management training.
Blending innovative developments with traditional interventions to meet the requirements of this complex organisation, and working in partnership with the L & D team has ensured that development activities are engaging and relevant to our delegates.
